• Transformed Trust's use of Information, moving from Monthly Excel Spreadsheets to Real-Time Web Based Patient Level Reporting.

• Developed the Information / Business Intelligence team moving from Microsoft Access & Excel to the latest Technology such as SQL Server, OLAP Cubes, PerformancePoint and YellowFin BI.

• Developed an "Information One Stop Shop" or Information Portal, using Microsoft SharePoint.

• Designed & Managed the implementation of GP Portal, hosting Real-Time Clinical Information for 250 GP Practices across Lancashire.

• Designed & Managed the implementation of CCG Portal, hosting Real-Time, Commissioning & Contracting Information to all Local and National CCGs (as well as Lancashire GP Practices)

• Designed & Managed the implementation of Monitor Compliance Reporting which assess and show the Trust's Performance against the Regulatory Bodies targets, at every level of the Organisation, in Real-Time (after Reporting Implemented the Trust's Performance Increased to 99% Pass rate).

• Designed & Managed the implementation of Payment By Results (PBR Reporting) ensuring Relevant & Timely Operational & Management reporting was in place to help the Trust achieve CQUIN target and maintain 95% Clustering Target.

• Lead & Managed the implementation of a bespoke / in-house developed SQL Server (2008/2012) Data Warehouse and OLAP Cubes for both Clinical and Non Clinical Data.

• Lead on the Evaluation, Procurement and Implementation of Mobile BI to provide Mobile Access to 6,000 Field Based Staff

• Grew and Developed an Under Staffed / Skilled & Un-Confident Team to Highly Proficient / Motivated Function.
